As someone who had struggled with anxiety it was suggested to me that hypnotherapy could help. There began my journey. Being assisted to find the root cause and allowing me to pivot to a new mind set was life changing. It was from here that I knew what could be achieved using hypnotherapy and also that helping people make their change was what I wanted to do.
