How I work
My role is to facilitate personal change, not just talk about it.
We look at what’s really driving your thoughts, behaviours, and habits, and work at the level where change actually happens.
I use hypnotherapy alongside practical, evidence based approaches to help you:
• Understand yourself more clearly
• Break unhelpful patterns
• Build new ways of thinking and responding
• Move forward with clarity and confidence
This isn’t about quick fixes or surface level advice. It’s about creating change that holds.
What does it mean to facilitate personal change
My work is centred around helping people in person to create real, lasting change in themselves and how they experience their lives.
My approach is calm, practical, and collaborative. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. We take the time to understand what’s going on for you, and then work together to create change that feels aligned with who you are and where you want to go.
I use hypnotherapy alongside evidence-based approaches to support that process. Hypnotherapy is not about losing control or being “put under”, it’s simply a way of helping you focus more deeply, process things more effectively, and allow change to take hold.
People come to me when something isn’t quite working, when they feel stuck, uncertain, or ready for a shift but not sure how to make it happen. The aim is always the same: to help you move forward with more clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of direction.
